LA CABALLERIZA

A tradition since 1990

Founded in 1990 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The La Caballeriza brand arrived in Brazil with the aim of offering premium cuts of meat from the traditional Argentinian parrilla, in a relaxed and elegant setting.

Our goal is to keep the culture of Buenos Aires alive at the table, combining classic techniques with the unique flavor of fire and embers.

The house's architecture was inspired by old Argentinian stables, where horses were cared for after long journeys. The main hall represents this space, with exposed brick, wood, and warm lighting, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere.

 

On the side, our cubicles have been transformed into private and cozy tables — a tribute to the brand's origins. Right at the entrance, an impressive bar welcomes customers, standing out for its selection of Argentinian wines, classic cocktails, and rustic charm that completes the experience.

 

Every detail has been carefully considered to transport our visitors to the atmosphere of Buenos Aires, combining hospitality, tradition, and the distinctive flavor of Argentinian parrilla.
